TB-212 potently inhibits Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Ra with an MIC₅₀ of 0.2 ng/mL^[1].
TB-212 (Varying concentrations; 72 h) exhibits low cytotoxicity with an IC₅₀ of 19.56 μM against HepG2 cells, IC₅₀ >30 μM against Vero cells, and IC₅₀ >50 μM against A549 cells^[1].
TB-212 (5-45 min) has moderate metabolic stability in human liver microsomes (T_1/2 = 23.71 min) and mouse liver microsomes (T_1/2 = 26.77 min)^[1].
