Biological Activity
Laccase-IN-6 (Compound F18) shows EC50 values of 0.59, 0.49, 1.09 and 0.67 mg/L against Valsa mali, Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, Rhizoctonia solani and Phytophthora capsici[1].
Laccase-IN-6 (50-200 mg/L) the protective efficacy on cucumber leaves[1].
Laccase-IN-6 (1 mg/L) destroys the integrity of the cell membrane of S. sclerotiorum and causes pronounced shrinkage, multiple folds, and a wilted appearance on the mycelium surface[1].
