Lobelanidine
Lobelanidine is an alkaloid. Lobelanidine can be isolated from Lobelia spp. Lobelanidine is an antagonist of α3β2/α3β4 and α7 nAChR, and inhibits nicotine- and choline-evoked receptor responses. Lobelanidine exhibits anti-addiction properties. Lobelanidine can be used in addiction research.
