Lomvastomig (RO-7121661) is a PD-1/TIM-3 dual-targeting IgG1 κ monoclonal antibody. Lomvastomig blocks the interaction of PD-1 with PD-L1 and PD-L2. Lomvastomig binds TIM-3 and blocks the interaction of TIM-3 with phosphatidylserine. Lomvastomig can be used in cancer research.
