Biological Activity
Lyso-Cu(II) (20 μM) selectively binds Cu2+ in 10 mM HEPES buffer (pH 7.4) with a binding constant of 2.09 × 104 M-1 and a detection limit of 0.84 μM, forming a 1:1 complex that quenches its fluorescence[1].
