Meliadubin B

Meliadubin B is a natural triterpenoid with significant inflammatory inhibition effect toward superoxide anion generation in human neutrophils (EC₅₀ of 5.54 μM). Meliadubin B inhibits inducible nitric oxide synthase. Meliadubin B shows remarkable inhibition against the rice pathogenic fungus Magnaporthe oryzae with IC₅₀ of 182.50 μM.
