MG-Lin2
MG-Lin2 is a Lin28 molecular glue degrader. It induces the formation of a ternary complex between Lin28 and the E3 ubiquitin ligase RNF126, mediates the degradation of Lin28 via the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway, and restores the abundance and function of mature let-7 miRNA. MG-Lin2 can be used in studies of ovarian cancer and choriocarcinoma.
