MG-Lin3
MG-Lin3 is a Lin28 molecular glue degrader. MG-Lin3 recruits the E3 ubiquitin ligase RNF126 to form a ternary complex, induces the degradation of Lin28 via the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway, and restores the levels of mature let-7 miRNA. MG-Lin3 can be used in research on ovarian cancer, ovarian teratocarcinoma, and uterine cancer.

Biological Activity
Description
In Vitro
MG-Lin3 (0.1-100 μM; 24 h) is a potent molecular glue degrader that promotes Lin28 degradation and restores let-7 activity in transfected PA-1 ovarian cancer cells, with a significant reduction in luciferase signal observed even at a concentration of 0.1 μM[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
