(-)-Cedrene exhibits trypanocidal (Trypanosoma b. brucei) (IC₅₀ = 4.07 μg/mL). (-)-Cedrene is antileukemic in vitro (IC₅₀ = 22.2 μg/mL). (-)-Cedrene has antimicrobial activity against anaerobic bacteria and yeast. (-)-Cedrene exhibits anti-obesity activity.
