MK-2060
Based on 1 Customer Validation
MK-2060 is a monoclonal antibody factor XI inhibitor. MK-2060 binds to the A3 domain of coagulation factor XI (FXI), prevents FXIIa-mediated FXI activation, and blocks the binding/activation of FIX with FXIa, locking the zymogen in an inactive/non-activatable conformation, thereby prolonging aPTT. MK-2060 can be used in research on end-stage renal disease, ESRD requiring hemodialysis, and arteriovenous graft thrombosis.
