Biological Activity
Mukurozioside IIb (200 μg/mL) moderately inhibits the proliferation of MCF-7, MDA-MB-231, and MDA-MB-435s human breast cancer cells in vitro, with an approximate 80% inhibition rate at 200 μg/mL and no significant differences in IC50 values across the three cell lines[1].
Mukurozioside IIb (3-100 μM; 44 h) shows no significant inhibitory effect on TNF-α-induced cytotoxicity in L929 cells[2].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
