Multi-target kinase-IN-6 (Compound 12) (25 μM, 24 h) inhibits RyR2-mediated Ca2+ leakage in HEK-293 RyR2 R-CEPIA1er cells[1].
Multi-target kinase-IN-6 (1.1 μM, 2 h) activates sarcoplasmic reticulum Ca2+-ATPase 2a (SERCA2a) in HL-1 cardiomyocytes[1].
Multi-target kinase-IN-6 (2.3 nM, 10 mins) significantly enhances the ATPase activity of SERCA2a in sarcoplasmic reticulum microsomal vesicles isolated from adult mouse ventricles[1].
