MYBMIM is an inhibitor for assembly of the molecular MYB:CBP/P300 complex. MYBMIM inhibits growth of leukemia cells[1].

In Vitro

MYBMIM (10-20 μM) inhibits proliferation (6 days) and induces apoptosis (48 h) in acute myeloid leukemia cells by downregulating anti-apoptotic Bcl2 gene expression[1].
