Necrostatin-5 (1, 5, 10, 50, 100 µM) inhibits LDH release in a dose-dependent mnner[3].
Necrostatin-5 (100 µM) protects MH-S cells against challenge with S. aureus, Listeria monocytogenes, S. pneumoniae, uropathogenic Escherichia coli (UPEC), and protectes against pneumolysin-induced death[3].
