Biological Activity
Neophellamuretin (Compound 11) (100 µg/disc; 1-4 days) exhibits antifungal activity against Penicillium sp., Rhizopus sp., and Trichophyton sp., with no activity against Aspergillus niger, as measured by the disc diffusion method[1].
Neophellamuretin (4.8-5000 µg/mL; 7 days) inhibits growth of Trichophyton sp. with an MIC of 62.5 µg/mL in a broth microdilution assay[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
