Niludipine can improve early fatal ventricular arrhythmias induced by acute myocardial ischemia in rats. Niludipine can reduce left ventricular systolic and diastolic loads during pacing-induced angina pectoris. Niludipine can be used in the research of cardiovascular diseases such as coronary heart disease and myocardial ischemia.
