NK037
NK037 is a phthalimide derivative that exhibits multi-target enzyme inhibitory activity against urease, xanthine oxidase, and butyrylcholinesterase (BChE). NK037 inhibits urease with IC50 = 2.9 μM, xanthine oxidase with IC50 = 5.61 μM, and butyrylcholinesterase with IC50 = 9.49 μM. NK037 can form enzyme-ligand complexes with urease, xanthine oxidase, and thymidine phosphorylase. Urease-IN-26 can be used for metabolism-related research.
