Indusatumab
Based on 1 Customer Validation
Indusatumab (5F9 Monoclonal antibody) is a monoclonal antibody against human GUCY2C (Guanylate cyclase 2C). Indusatumab fails to bind to granulocytes or erythrocytes. Indusatumab can be used to synthesize ADCs, such as Indusatumab vedotin (HY-P99662). Indusatumab can be used in cancer research.

Loaded Indusatumab on AHC2 biosensor, can bind GUCY2C/Guanylyl cyclase C Protein, Human (Biotinylated, HEK293, His-Avi, HY-P77944) with an affinity constant of 2.157E-08 M as determined in BLI assay. -
Immobilized Hu-GUCY2C-his can bind Indusatumab. The EC50 for this effect is 4.769 ng/mL. -
Flow cytometric analysis of 1X106 SiHa cells labeling GUCY2C with Indusatumab (HY-P99232, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilised with 90% methanol. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. AF488-conjugated Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG1 kappa Isotype Control (HY-P99001, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black).
