In Vitro

NS2B/NS3-IN-2 (compound 23) (150 nM) shows 100% inhibition rate against Dengue virus (DENV)[1].
NS2B/NS3-IN-2 (5 µM) shows no cytotoxicity and markedly increases the cell survival rate[1].
