Biological Activity
OX01914 (0.1, 10, 40, 50 μM; 24 h) upregulates utrophin mRNA in LUmdx and (30 μM; 24 h) H2K mdx myoblasts[1].
OX01914 (1, 3, 30; 24 h) upregulates utrophin protein levels in human DMD muscle cells[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
