Ozoralizumab (ATN-103; 0-1000 pM; 48 h) has high TNFα-neutralizing potency in the L929 cell cytotoxicity assay with KD values of 20.2 pM and 16.1 pM for human TNFα and monkey TNFα, respectively[1].
