P-gp-IN-34 (compound 4a) combined with Fluconazole (HY-B0101) reduces Candida albicans cell counts by ~6 log fold in Mdr1-expressing strains by 48 h, with no effect in Mdr1 knockout strains[1].
P-gp-IN-34 (compound 4a) (64-128 μg/mL; 24 h) inhibits Candida albicans biofilm formation by 70–80%[1].
P-gp-IN-34 (compound 4a) combined with Fluconazole (16 h) reduces intracellular Candida albicans counts by 2 log fold in RAW macrophages[1].
P-gp-IN-34 (compound 4a) stabilizes the Mdr1 pump of Candida albicans and forms stable interactions with key residues TRP248 and ARG503[1].
