PCSK9 modulator-3
PCSK9 modulator-3 is a PCSK9 modulator that reduces the secretion level of PCSK9 protein in HepG2 cells. PCSK9 modulator-3 exhibits metabolic stability in liver microsomes of mice and rats. PCSK9 modulator-3 can be used for the study of hyperlipidemia.

Biological Activity
Description
In Vitro
PCSK9 modulator-3 (compound 13) (1-10 μM; 48 h) reduces the level of secreted PCSK9 protein in HepG2 cells by nearly 90%[1].
PCSK9 modulator-3 exhibits a T1/2 of 30.0 min and a CLint of 46.5 µL/min/mg in mouse liver microsomes, and a T1/2 of 47.8 min and a CLint of 29.4 µL/min/mg in rat liver microsomes[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
