Animal Model: Male Sprague-Dawley rats[2]
Dosage: 1, 3 and 10 mg/kg
Administration: S.c.
Result: A dose-dependent reduction in the amplitude of oscillatory potentials (OPs) elicited from the dark-adapted rats.
