Biological Activity
Phosphatidylcholine is the main phospholipid class in the seeds of Heracleum lehmannianum, accounting for 30.4% of total phospholipids, and its fatty acid composition is dominated by oleic acid (41.2%) and palmitic acid (27.3%)[1].
