Biologische Aktivität
Potassium bromide, 99% (50 mg/kg/day; oral administration; once a day for 28 days) in male Wistar rats in the object recognition task significantly decreases the DI, RI and the frequency of exploration[1].

Dosage:50 mg/kg, 100 mg/kg, 150 mg/kg (single-dose ); 50 mg/kg/day (long-term treatment)

Administration:Oral administration; for acute treatment, single-dose; for long-term treatment, once a day for 28 days

Result:In the acute treatment, a single dose of 150 mg/kg significantly decreased the discrimination and recognition indices (DI and RI) in the object recognition task.
In the long-term treatment, significantly decreased the DI, RI and the frequency of exploration in the object recognition task.
