Prostaglandin D2 methyl ester 

Prostaglandin D2 methyl ester is a prodrug form of Prostaglandin D2 (HY-101988) that acts as a DP receptor inhibitor. can be used for research on allergic inflammations^[1][2].

Prostaglandin D2 methyl ester binds with moderate affinity to mouse CRTH2 (K_i = 160 nM), mouse DP (K_i = 175 nM), human CRTH2 (K_i = 460 nM), and human DP (K_i = 270 nM) in K562 cell transfectants^[2].
