PROTAC AR-NTD degrader 1 can be used for studies related to androgen receptor degradation and prostate cancer.

In Vitro
PROTAC AR-NTD degrader 1 (compound 18) (1-5 μM) reduces AR-FL protein levels by <5.0% and 28.6%, respectively, in LNCaP cells[1].
PROTAC AR-NTD degrader 1 (1-5 μM) reduces AR-FL protein levels by 15.3% and 23.3%, respectively, and decreases AR-V7 protein levels by 62.2% and 71.1%, respectively, in VCaP cells[1].
