PROTAC IRF5 degrader-2
PROTAC IRF5 degrader-2 (I-7) is a bifunctional IRF5 PROTAC degrader. PROTAC IRF5 degrader-2 recruits IRF5 to the E3 ubiquitin ligase for targeted degradation. PROTAC IRF5 degrader-2 is applicable to the research of autoimmune diseases.

IRF5 |
In Vitro
IRF5 is a transcription factor of the IRF family, which mainly mediates innate immune responses downstream of pattern recognition receptors such as TLR, drives the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines and type I interferons, and regulates the polarization of macrophages toward the M1 pro-inflammatory phenotype. Its abnormal activation is closely associated with autoimmune diseases such as lupus erythematosus.
