RP-69758 is a potent and selective non-peptide cholecystokinin-B (CCKB)/gastrin receptor antagonist. RP-69758 exhibits >200-fold selectivity for CCKB over CCKA receptors. In Vitro

RP-69758 exhibits high affinity for CCKB (Ki = 9.0 nM in guinea pig cortex; Ki = 4.3 nM in rat cerebral cortex; Ki = 5.0 nM in mouse brain) and gastrin receptors (Ki = 3.7 nM in gastric glands), and inhibits central CCK binding ex vivo in mice (IC50 = 17.6 nM)[1].
