Biological Activity
Sapelin A shows weak cytotoxicity against HL-60, A-549, and MCF-7 human cancer cell lines with IC50 values of 29.57 μM, 25.35 μM, and 29.82 μM, respectively, and no cytotoxicity against SMMC-7721 and SW480 cells[1].
