Pellitorine (Standard) is the analytical standard of Pellitorine (HY-N3097). Pellitorine is a bioactive natural amide compound. Pellitorine can competitively antagonize the activation of TRPV1 by Capsaicin (HY-10448), thereby reducing pain signal transmission. Pellitorine improves cognitive dysfunction by upregulating the BDNF-ERK1/2-CREB and Nrf2-HO-1 pathways. Pellitorine exerts anti-inflammatory and anti-sepsis effects by inhibiting the release of high mobility group protein B1 (HMGB1) and the expression of RAGE/TLR4. Pellitorine exerts its antithrombotic effect by prolonging the clotting time, inhibiting the activity of clotting factors and thrombin. Pellitorine inhibits lipid peroxidation and resists ferroptosis by upregulating GPX4 and DHODH. Pellitorine kills Aedes aegypti mosquito larvae by inhibiting V-type H⁺-ATPase and aquaporin 4 (AaAQP4). Pellitorine exhibits anti-cancer activity (e.g., leukemia and breast cancer) and has inhibitory effects on certain bacteria.

PPZ2 (Standard) is the analytical standard of PPZ2 (HY-111527). This product is intended for research and analytical applications. PPZ2 is a diacylglycerol (DAG)-activated TRPC3/TRPC6/TRPC7 channel activator with activity in promoting neuronal development and survival. PPZ2 activates recombinant TRPC3/TRPC6/TRPC7 channels in a dose-dependent manner without affecting other TRPC channels. PPZ2 elicits cation currents and calcium ion (Ca(2+)) influx in cultured central neurons. PPZ2 is able to induce BDNF-like neurite outgrowth and neuroprotection, an effect that disappears after TRPC3/TRPC6/TRPC7 knocKdown or inhibition. PPZ2 also increases the activation of the calcium-dependent transcription factor cAMP response element binding protein. The effects of PPZ2 suggest that calcium signaling mediated by activation of DAG-activated TRPC channels plays an important role in its neurotrophic effects .

Synonyms: (+)-Vitisin A
Vitisin A ((+)-Vitisin A) is an orally active natural product with multiple pharmacological activities including anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, anti-oxidant, anti-pathogenic microorganism, hypoglycemic and lipid-regulating, anti-osteoporotic, neuroprotective and cardiovascular protective effects. Vitisin A exhibits inhibitory effects on human AChE and MAO-B with IC50 values of 1.29 µM and 4.94 µM, respectively. Vitisin A inhibits the ERK, MAPK, NF-κB, STAT1, HMGCR and TRAF6 pathways, downregulates the related phosphorylation and protein expression, while activates the Nrf2/HO-1 pathway and upregulates p21 expression. Vitisin A induces tumor cell apoptosis and cell cycle arrest, inhibits adipogenesis and lipid accumulation, while alleviates oxidative stress, suppresses inflammatory responses, blocks hepatic fibrosis, Cuproptosis and cholesterol synthesis, and increases the expression levels of central BDNF and TrkB. Vitisin A can be used in the research of tumors, infectious diseases, metabolic diseases, bone and joint diseases, liver diseases, skin injuries, as well as neurodegenerative and cognitive dysfunction-related diseases .

Synonyms: Sch66336 (Standard)
Lonafarnib (Standard) (Sch66336 (Standard)) is the analytical standard of Lonafarnib (HY-15136). This product is intended for research and analytical applications. Lonafarnib (Sch66336) is an orally active, blood-brain barrier penetrant farnesyltransferase (FPTase) inhibitor. Lonafarnib increases the phosphorylation levels of Akt, CaMKII and CREB, upregulates BDNF expression in the hippocampus, elevates the content of α7nAChR on cell membranes, and blocks the isoprenylation of H-Ras. Lonafarnib repairs synapses and reverses spatial memory deficits in Aβ1-42 model mice. Lonafarnib inhibits RSV fusion and replication, and alleviates virus-induced lung injury. Lonafarnib activates the lysosomal and autophagic pathways, and reduces the phosphorylation and aggregation of tau. Lonafarnib acts synergistically with Sorafenib (HY-10201) to promote apoptosis, and inhibits the proliferation and invasion of melanoma cells. Lonafarnib inhibits the farnesylation of progerin, repairs nuclear membrane defects, and activates the cGAS-STING-STAT1 signaling pathway. Lonafarnib can be used in research related to diseases including Alzheimer's disease, viral infections, melanoma, and progeria .

Polygalasaponin F (Standard) is the analytical standard of Polygalasaponin F. This product is intended for research and analytical applications. Polygalasaponin F is an orally active triterpenoid saponin monomer. Polygalasaponin F downregulates the expression of Bax, p53, caspase-3, NF-κB p65 and MEK1; restores and upregulates the expression of Bcl-2; activates the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway; inhibits the phosphorylation of p38 MAPK, nuclear translocation of NF-κB, TLR4-mediated signaling pathway, mitophagy (Mitophagy) and ROS production; enhances cell viability and suppresses apoptosis (Apoptosis). Polygalasaponin F maintains mitochondrial function, alleviates Ca 2+ overload, upregulates pCREB and BDNF, preserves cell viability and inhibits the release of inflammatory cytokines. Polygalasaponin F alleviates lung injury induced by influenza A H1N1 and cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury. Polygalasaponin F is applicable to researches related to Parkinson's disease, cerebral ischemia, pneumonia induced by influenza A H1N1, stroke and Alzheimer's disease.

Withanoside IV is an orally active, blood-brain barrier-permeable withanolide derivative. Withanoside IV specifically binds to the Sudlow I site of HSA, induces secondary structural changes in HSA, and forms stable HSA complexes. Withanoside IV inhibits the enzymatic activity of COX-2. Withanoside IV induces axonal regeneration, peripheral nervous system myelination and increased axonal density in spinal cord tissue, reduces reactive gliosis-related changes, and improves hindlimb motor function. Withanoside IV binds to amyloid-β 1-42 to inhibit its aggregation, induces neurite outgrowth and synapse reconstruction, repairs damaged axons and dendrites, enhances mitochondrial biogenesis, exerts neuroprotective effects via the BDNF and SIRT1 signaling pathways, reduces ROS production and neuronal apoptosis, and ameliorates memory deficits. Withanoside IV inhibits the activity of the SARS-CoV-2 main protease. Withanoside IV can be used in research related to spinal cord injury, Alzheimer's disease, and coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) .
