Methyl aminolevulinate is a sensitizer used in photodynamic therapy (PDT). Methyl aminolevulinate penetrates the skin and induces the production of photoactive porphyrins including protoporphyrin IX in cells; upon exposure to appropriate light, it generates ROS, which triggers cellular oxidation and cell death. Methyl aminolevulinate acts as a photo-damage reversing agent through epidermal reconstruction, cytokine-mediated activation of dermal fibroblasts, elastin breakdown, new collagen formation, and compression of dilated capillaries. Methyl aminolevulinate reduces the expression of the proliferation marker Ki-67 and the early skin carcinogenesis marker TP53. Methyl aminolevulinate delays the onset of ultraviolet-induced skin tumors and reduces tumor burden in hairless mice. Methyl aminolevulinate is applicable to research related to actinic keratosis and basal cell carcinoma .

Dihydralazine sulfate (Standard) is the analytical standard of Dihydralazine sulfate (HY-N7065). This product is intended for research and analytical applications. Dihydralazine sulfate is an antihypertensive hydrazine derivative and also a low-potency genotoxic agent. Dihydralazine sulfate is a direct-acting mutagen with a mixed gene mutation mechanism, which induces DNA fragmentation in the lung, kidney and spleen of mice, and induces sister chromatid exchange in mouse bone marrow cells. Dihydralazine sulfate specifically kills DNA repair-deficient bacteria. Dihydralazine sulfate is a vasodilator and antihypertensive agent that reduces systemic vascular resistance, increases cardiac output and heart rate, thereby lowering blood pressure. Dihydralazine sulfate can be used in research related to hypertension and severe early-onset preeclampsia .

Mono(2-ethyl-5-oxohexyl) phthalate-d4 (MEOHP-d4; 5-oxo-MEHP-d4) is the deuterated-labeled Mono(2-ethyl-5-oxohexyl) phthalate (HY-133676). Mono (2-ethyl-5-oxohexyl) phthalate (MEOHP; 5-oxo-MEHP) is a secondary metabolite produced by cytochrome P450 enzyme-mediated oxidation of di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate. Exposure levels of Mono (2-ethyl-5-oxohexyl) phthalate are associated with late-onset hypogonadism. Mono (2-ethyl-5-oxohexyl) phthalate can be used for research on mechanisms related to male reproductive endocrine disorders .
