IRS1 is an integrin-targeted, ROS-responsive self-assembling peptide prodrug molecule with selective anti-cancer activity against integrin-overexpressing tumor cells. IRS1 contains an RGD motif for integrin binding, can covalently bind to DR4/DR5, and promotes DR4/DR5 aggregation. After oxidation by ROS, IRS1 undergoes a morphological transition from nanoparticles to nanofibers, exposes the pharmacophore of Chlorambucil (HY-13593), disrupts cell membrane integrity, activates the extrinsic apoptosis pathway, and can penetrate and inhibit the three-dimensional uveal melanoma spheroid model. IRS1 can be used for the research of uveal melanoma .

Methyl aminolevulinate hydrochloride (Standard) is the analytical standard of Methyl aminolevulinate hydrochloride. This product is intended for research and analytical applications. Methyl aminolevulinate hydrochloride is a sensitizer used in photodynamic therapy (PDT). Methyl aminolevulinate hydrochloride penetrates the skin and induces the production of photoactive porphyrins including protoporphyrin IX in cells; upon exposure to appropriate light, it generates ROS, which triggers cellular oxidation and cell death. Methyl aminolevulinate hydrochloride acts as a photo-damage reversing agent through epidermal reconstruction, cytokine-mediated activation of dermal fibroblasts, elastin breakdown, new collagen formation, and compression of dilated capillaries. Methyl aminolevulinate hydrochloride reduces the expression of the proliferation marker Ki-67 and the early skin carcinogenesis marker TP53. Methyl aminolevulinate hydrochloride delays the onset of ultraviolet-induced skin tumors and reduces tumor burden in hairless mice. Methyl aminolevulinate hydrochloride is applicable to research related to actinic keratosis and basal cell carcinoma .

Mucinase StcE is a zinc metalloproteinase belonging to the M66 family, which is secreted by enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli via the type II general secretion pathway. Mucinase StcE specifically recognizes and cleaves the 'T*XT' motif in mucin-type glycoproteins with α-O-glycans (such as MUC2, Mucin 7, Glycoprotein 340, CD45, CD43, C1 Esterase Inhibitor (HY-P991629), etc.). By degrading the mucus layer to reduce its viscosity, inhibiting complement cascade activation, and localizing complement regulatory factors to the cell membrane, Mucinase StcE helps bacteria penetrate the mucosal barrier, adhere to host cells, and evade immune clearance. Mucinase StcE can serve as a mucin-specific proteolytic tool for research on mucinous carcinomas derived from the colon, esophagus, and salivary glands .

Cefamandole is resistant to hydrolysis by β-lactamases produced by some Gram-negative bacteria. Cefamandole kills Gram-positive cocci and various Gram-negative bacilli mainly by inhibiting cell wall synthesis, but it is inactive against Pseudomonas, Proteus vulgaris and Providencia stuartii, and its efficacy is affected by inoculum size. The plasma elimination half-life of Cefamandole in rats is only 0.4 h, it is mainly excreted in urine in biologically active form, and it hardly penetrates the non-inflamed blood-brain barrier. Cefamandole is widely used in studies related to bacterial infections .

DAPI (4',6-Diamidino-2-phenylindole) dihydrochloride (solution) is a DAPI dye. DAPI is a fluorescent dye that binds strongly to DNA. It binds to the AT base pair of the double-stranded DNA minor groove, and one DAPI molecule can occupy three base pair positions. The fluorescence intensity of DAPI molecules bound to double-stranded DNA is increased by about 20 times, and it is commonly observed with fluorescence microscopy, and the amount of DNA can be determined based on the intensity of fluorescence. DAPI cannot penetrate intact cell membranes and is commonly used for staining damaged and fixed cells . DAPI (Compound 3) is an acid-sensing ion channel 3 (ASIC3) inhibitor. DAPI binds to ASIC3 and blocks the channel function. DAPI can be used in the study of chronic pain treatment (Ex/Em = 356/451 nm).

Dansyl-morpholine (DNS-M) is a Fluorescent probe for lipid droplet imaging, cancer cell discrimination, and real-time tracking of lipid droplet dynamics. As a solvatochromic probe with a donor-π-acceptor structure, it relies on hydrophobic interaction for its mechanism of action: its good lipophilicity, confirmed by an oil-water partition coefficient LogP = 2.35, allows it to rapidly penetrate cell membranes, and it specifically localizes to the hydrophobic core of lipid droplets; its fluorescence is strongly enhanced in the nonpolar environment of lipid droplets, while it emits very weak fluorescence in polar environments like PBS buffer, and it exhibits a bathochromic shift in emission wavelength with increasing solvent polarity. It has negligible cytotoxicity, with cell viability remaining over 95% after 24-hour incubation with 100 μM of the probe, and it possesses excellent photostability, retaining over 97% of initial fluorescence intensity after 60 continuous laser scans. For cell imaging applications, its excitation/emission wavelengths for lipid droplet labeling are Ex/Em = 405/480−540 nm, and in a simulative lipid environment O/W emulsion, it has an excitation wavelength of ~346 nm and emission wavelength of ~500 nm, giving a Stokes shift of 154 nm[1].
