Synonyms: Human serum albumin (cell culture grade, Endotoxin<0.125 EU/mg)
HSA Protein (Cell culture grade, Endotoxin<0.125 EU/mg) (Human serum albumin (Cell culture grade, Endotoxin<0.125 EU/mg)) is the most abundant protein in plasma and is a major determinant of plasma oncotic pressure. HSA Protein (Cell culture grade, Endotoxin<0.125 EU/mg) exhibits antioxidant, anticoagulant, anti-inflammatory, anti-platelet aggregation activities as well as colloid osmotic action. HSA Protein (Cell culture grade, Endotoxin<0.125 EU/mg) can block the inhibitory effect of GML on human T cells, providing protective function for T cells. HSA Protein (Cell culture grade, Endotoxin<0.125 EU/mg) is also associated with cardiovascular diseases and can partially prevent the LPS (HY-D1056) induced oxidative stress, as well as the upregulation of NF-κB, iNOS, and peroxynitrite (ONOO -) in the vascular wall, contributing to the reduction of blood pressure. HSA Protein (Cell culture grade, Endotoxin<0.125 EU/mg) can be used for in vitro cell culture .
This product is human serum albumin recombinantly expressed in an Escherichia coli expression system.

Synonyms: Potassium phosphate monobasic, for cell culture
Potassium dihydrogen phosphate, for cell culture (Potassium phosphate monobasic, for cell culture) is a cell culture reagent. Potassium dihydrogen phosphate, for cell culture activates NF-κB. Potassium dihydrogen phosphate, for cell culture upregulates the expression of dental/osteogenic markers (OCN, DSP/DSPP, OSX, RUNX2, ALP) and enhances the mineralization capacity of human periodontal ligament stem cells. Potassium dihydrogen phosphate, for cell culture promotes the proliferation of human periodontal ligament stem cells in logarithmic growth phase. Potassium dihydrogen phosphate, for cell culture promotes the growth of somatic embryos of Dendrobium Sonia, increases leaf number, leaf length and fresh weight of tissue-cultured seedlings. Potassium dihydrogen phosphate, for cell culture is applicable to periodontal disease-related research .

Synonyms: Dipalmitoyl-S-glyceryl-cysteine; S-[2,3-Bis(palmitoyloxy)propyl]cysteine
Pam2Cys (Dipalmitoyl-S-glyceryl-cysteine; S-[2,3-Bis(palmitoyloxy)propyl]cysteine) is a TLR2 agonist and immunostimulant. Pam2Cys binds to TLR2 to activate dendritic cells and trigger the TLR2-dependent NF-κB signaling pathway. Pam2Cys also induces dendritic cell maturation by upregulating the expression of cell surface MHC II molecules. Pam2Cys activates innate immune signaling pathways, drives pro-inflammatory and antimicrobial responses, enhances the expression of macrophage activation markers, increases phagocytic activity, induces the release of IL-12 and pro-inflammatory cytokines, and polarizes macrophages into a pro-inflammatory, antimicrobial phenotype without interfering with IL-10-induced macrophage polarization. Pam2Cys also serves as the lipid moiety in synthetic lipopeptide vaccines and possesses self-adjuvant properties. Pam2Cys enhances the immunogenicity of conjugated peptide segments and induces cellular and humoral immune responses. However, it does not activate CD4 T cells in mouse splenocyte cultures when used alone. Pam2Cys activates pulmonary TLR2 signaling pathways, triggers innate immune responses, recruits neutrophils and macrophages, induces the secretion of various cytokines, alleviates symptoms and damages associated with influenza A virus infection in mice without impairing adaptive immunity. Pam2Cys can be used in studies related to tuberculosis and influenza A virus infection .

iE-DAP dihydrochloride is a Nod1 agonist. iE-DAP dihydrochloride activates NOD1, which in turn activates the NF-κB signaling pathway and MLCK signaling pathway, inducing cellular inflammatory responses and tight junction disruption. iE-DAP dihydrochloride downregulates the expression of ZO-1 and Occludin genes. iE-DAP dihydrochloride increases the secretion of IL-6, GRO-α, MCP-1, IL-8 and MIP-1β in term human trophoblast cell cultures. iE-DAP dihydrochloride triggers preterm birth in pregnant mice, reduces fetal body weight, and induces fetal inflammation. iE-DAP dihydrochloride can be used in studies related to mastitis and preterm birth .

Flagellin from S. typhimurium is a potent TLR5 agonist. Flagellin from S. typhimurium activates immune cells and inhibits the activity of melanoma cells. Flagellin from S. typhimurium activates the NF-κB pathway dependent on the TLR5/MyD88/TRAF6 signaling axis in cells. Flagellin from S. typhimurium induces a proinflammatory response in the primary chicken hepatocyte-nonparenchymal cell co-culture system by promoting IL-8 production, inhibiting IL-10 production, and increasing the IFN-γ/IL-10 ratio. Flagellin from S. typhimurium can be used for research on melanoma and inflammatory diseases .

aPKC-IN-2 is a small molecule inhibitor that inhibits aPKC activity. aPKC-IN-2 can effectively block vascular endothelial permeability in cell culture and in vivo experiments. aPKC-IN-2 shows biological activity in interfering with NFκB-driven gene transcription and is associated with inflammatory responses. aPKC-IN-2 has a significant inhibitory effect on vascular endothelial permeability induced by VEGF and TNF, and its EC50 value is in the low nanomolar range. The structural characteristics of aPKC-IN-2 reveal key elements of its inhibitory activity, providing the possibility for further development of small molecule aPKC inhibitors .
