α-Copaene is a potent attractant for male Mediterranean fruit flies Ceratitis capitata.α-Copaene can be found as a minor component in the essential oils of various plant species. α-Copaene can inhibit bacterial growth with a minimum inhibitory concentration of 0.5-1 μL/mL. α-Copaene suppresses biofilm formation by decreasing the hydrophobicity of the cell surface. α-Copaene can be used as an oviposition promoter of Bactrocera oleae .

Methylchloroisothiazolinone is a widely used fungicide and also an aquatic pollutant with pro-inflammatory activity and neurotoxicity. Methylchloroisothiazolinone induces the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines (such as IL-1β, TNF-α, IL-6) by activating the NF-κB signaling pathway and upregulating TLR4 expression, thereby triggering allergic contact dermatitis. Methylchloroisothiazolinone reduces cholinesterase activity and exacerbates oxidative stress by impairing catalase activity and disrupting redox balance. Methylchloroisothiazolinone poses significant harm to Mediterranean mussels, reducing the viability of hemocytes and digestive gland cells, inhibiting immune phagocytic function, and disrupting osmoregulatory capacity. Methylchloroisothiazolinone is used in studies on allergic contact dermatitis and related immunotoxicity mechanisms .

Flupropanate (2,2,3,3-Tetrafluoropropionic acid; 3H-Tetrafluoropropionic acid) is a soil-active selective herbicide and plant growth inhibitor that acts by inhibiting radicle growth and lipid biosynthesis in sensitive plants. Flupropanate exhibits high-efficiency control of Stipa weeds (such as Nassella neesiana and N. trichotoma) in pastures, and reduces the coverage of the invasive species Eragrostis curvula. Meanwhile, Flupropanate is sensitive to gramineous plants like ryegrass, but shows good selective tolerance to plantain, chicory and some leguminous plants. Studies show that in the protected area with Mediterranean climate in southwestern Australia, Flupropanate produces no significant non-target effects on native plant communities, functional groups or the endangered species Grevillea curviloba, indicating high ecological safety .

4,313 compounds

Hematopathy, also known as hematopoietic system diseases, are a class of diseases that hematopoietic system has abnormal changes. Common hematopathy include: aplastic anemia, myeloproliferative diseases, thalassemia, leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma and hemophilia, etc. In recent years, treatments for hematopathy have been developed. In particular, the treatment of malignant hematopathy developed from chemotherapy, radiotherapy, bone marrow development to immunotherapy, induced differentiation therapy, cell therapy, gene therapy and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Although these therapies have greatly improved the survival rate of patients, there are still problems such as low cure rate and easy recurrence in the treatment of hematopathy. Therefore, it is of great significance to actively search for new hematopathy therapeutic drugs.

MCE designs a unique collection of 4,313 anti-hematopathy small molecules, which is an effective tool for development and research of anti-hematopathy compounds.
