L 366509 is a spiroindenylpiperidine camphorsulfonamide oxytocin (OT) antagonist. Modifications led to a new series of o-tolylpiperazine (TP) camphorsulfonamides, exhibiting high affinity for OT receptors and selectivity over arginine vasopressin receptors.
