Animal Model:8-week-old female immune-compromised CB-17/lcr-Prkdcscid/Rj mice with MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells injection[1]

Dosage:100 mg/kg

Administration:Intravenous injection; 100 mg/kg once a week for 4 weeks

Result:Significantly inhibited tumor growth in bones and breast cancer cell dissemination into other organs. Inhibited breast cancer-induced osteolytic lesions and subsequent loss of bone mass of the distal femur and of the proximal tibia. Redued phosphorylation of IKKα, IKKβ, and p65.
