SG5-081 is an IKZF3 Molecular glue degrader. SG5-081 mediates CRBN-dependent ubiquitination and proteasomal degradation of IKZF3. SG5-081 does not reduce CK1α levels. SG5-081 can be used for research on multiple myeloma.
