Tilavonemab
Based on 1 Customer Validation
Tilavonemab (ABBV-8E12) is a humanized anti-tau monoclonal antibody that binds to amino acids 25-30 near the N-terminus of the tau protein. Tilavonemab can block the ability of human and mouse neurons to uptake tau aggregates. Tilavonemab can be used for research on Alzheimer’s disease and other tauopathies.

Flow cytometric analysis of 1.5X106 SHSY5Y cells labeling Tilavonemab (HY-P99163, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG4 kappa, Isotype Control (HY-P99003, blue) was used as the isotype control.
