Biological Activity
Yunnancoronarin B (Compound 4) (5 μL in 0.5%-10% DMSO; 4-5 days) shows cytotoxic activity against NCI-H187 and Vero cells (IC50 = 44.57 μM for NCI-H187, 106.21 μM for Vero)[1].
Yunnancoronarin B (Compound 3) (3 days) potently inhibits the growth of lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells and leukemia K562 cells in vitro (IC50 = 0.92 μM for A549, 9.54 μM for K562)[2].
