Description

Yunnancoronarin C is a labdane-type diterpenoid that can be isolated from the rhizomes of Hedychium forrestii, exhibits cytotoxicity against leukemia cells. Yunnancoronarin C can be used for the research of leukemia[1].

In Vitro

Yunnancoronarin C (Compound 5) (0-300.81 µM; 3 days) is inactive against lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells and exhibits cytotoxicity against leukemia K562 cells (IC50 >300.81 μM for A549, 28.69 μM for K562)[1].
