Z226407860 is a RING-box protein 1 (RBX1) inhibitor. Z226407860 reduces house dust mite-induced airway epithelial injury and ROS accumulation by inhibiting RBX1. Z226407860 can be used for the research of asthma[1].

In Vitro

Z226407860 (5 μM) potently inhibits the expression of RBX1 mRNA and protein in normal HBE cells, and suppresses HDM-induced overexpression of RBX1 protein in HBE cells[1].
Z226407860 (5 μM) alleviates HDM-induced epithelial barrier dysfunction in HBE cells by restoring the levels of Occludin and E-cadherin, and reduces the accumulation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in cells[1].
