Biological Activity
15-A2t-Isoprostane (10, 30 μM, 3 h) enhances glutamate-induced cytotoxicity and decreases glutathione (GSH) levels in HT22 hippocampus cells[2].
15-A2t-Isoprostane (10 μM, 24 h) inhibits VEGF induced human coronary endothelial cell migration and tubule formation[3].
