Biological Activity
Guide (Following is our recommended protocol. This protocol only provides a guideline, and should be modified according to your specific needs).
1. Dissolve 4?Di?10?ASP (1 μM), DOPC (HY?113424A) (10 mM) and DOPG (HY?142980) (1 mM) in a methanol/chloroform mixture (1:2 v/v).
2. Dry the solution under vacuum overnight to obtain lamellar lipid films, which are then hydrated with transcription/translation solution at 37 °C for 3 hours.
3. Place the prepared solution on a glass slide and seal it with a coverslip.
4. Observe the sample immediately under a confocal laser-scanning microscope, and excite 4?Di?10?ASP using an argon laser (488 nm)[2].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
