Biological Activity
Inogatran dose-dependently inhibits thrombus formation, which is measured as an increase in time to occlusion (TTO) and a decrease in thrombus weight. Inogatran also improves vena caval blood flow and reduces the overall incidence of thrombotic occlusion in a rat model[2].
