BLI-489 is a Beta-lactamase inhibitor. BLI-489 is an antibacterial adjuvant that significantly enhances the antibacterial efficacy of β-lactam antibiotics. BLI-489 blocks the hydrolytic activity of the enzyme by forming a stable intermediate in serine Beta-lactamase, or by coordinating with the binuclear Zn²⁺ through an oxygen atom in metallo-Beta-lactamase. BLI-489 can be used for research on bacterial infections.

JO146 is an anti-chlamydial agent, Antibacterial agent, and CtHtrA serine protease inhibitor, with an IC₅₀ of 21.86 μM against CtHtrA serine protease. JO146 alters the morphology of chlamydial cells, reduces inclusion vacuoles, decreases the number of infectious progeny, and eliminates viable Chlamydia trachomatis under stress or conditions that reverse persistent infection. JO146 shows no activity against Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Staphylococcus aureus, but exhibits bactericidal activity against Helicobacter pylori. JO146 can be used in research related to Chlamydia trachomatis infection, chlamydial infection in cattle and sheep, and Helicobacter pylori infection.

(-)-Bornyl acetate (L-(-)-Bornyl acetate), isolated from hyssop oil, is a less active enantiomer of (+)-Bornyl acetate. (-)-Bornyl acetate possesses antifungal activity.

Cycloguanil-d₆ (Chlorguanide triazine-d₆) is the deuterium labeled Cycloguanil (HY-12784). Cycloguanil is a dihydrofolate reductase (DHFR) inhibitor with an IC₅₀ of 10.8 μM against human DHFR. Sapienic acid has variable antimicrobial activities against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria found on the skin and in the oral cavity. Sapienic acid is active against Streptococcus sanguinis, Streptococcus mitis and Fusobacterium nucleatum with MBC values of 31.3 μg/mL, 375.0 μg/mL and 93.8 μg/mL, respectively.
