YLLEMLWRL is an HLA-A2-restricted T cell epitope sequence corresponding to codon 125-133. Among them, YLLEMLWRL sequence is the main mutation site of HLA-A2-restricted CTL epitope sequence.

EBNA-1 (386-405 aa) is a cross-reactive viral antigen peptide. EBNA-1 (386-405 aa) has a high molecular similarity to GlialCAM (370-389 aa) and it induces the production of cross-reactive antibodies that recognize both EBV antigens and glial cells in the central nervous system, thereby triggering autoimmune responses. EBNA-1 (386-405 aa) can used for Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infection and multiple sclerosis (MS) research.

Euphominoid A is a diterpenoid from Euphorbia milii and an EBV lytic replication inhibitor with low cytotoxicity against host cells. Euphominoid A inhibits EBV lytic replication in P3HR-1 cells. Euphominoid A can be used for the research of EBV infection.

Mogroside II B is a cucurbitane-type glycoside with a sweet taste in water. Mogroside II B inhibits the activation of Epstein Barr virus early antigen (EBV-EA) induced by Phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate (TPA) (HY-18739). 20-Hydroxylucidenic acid E2 is a triterpenoid compound found in Ganoderma lucidum. It exhibits significant inhibitory effects on inflammation induced by TPA (HY-18739). Additionally, 20-Hydroxylucidenic acid E2 can suppress the expression of EBV early antigen induced by TPA (HY-18739), with a IC₅₀ of 290 mol ratio/32 pmol TPA (meaning that when the molar concentration of this compound is 290 times that of 32 pmol of TPA, it can inhibit 50% of EBV early antigen expression). Therefore, 20-Hydroxylucidenic acid E2 has potential applications in anti-inflammatory and anticancer research.

EBV-IN-1 (Compound 15) is an antiviral agent. EBV-IN-1 has a potent antiviral activity against EBV with a EC₅₀ of 0.17  μM. EBV-IN-1 also shows inhibitory effects on HIV (EC₅₀: 20.8 μM). EBV-IN-1 can be used for EBV and HIV infections research.
