Biological Activity
AAPDARETA (10−12-10−6 M) activates subsets of mouse main olfactory epithelium sensory neurons with an EC50 of 8.3 nM[1].
AAPDARETA (10−9 M) elicits small but significant calcium transients in two-thirds of AAPDNRETF-sensitive single olfactory sensory neurons in ex vivo mouse main olfactory epithelium slices[1].
