Biological Activity
AChE-IN-111 (Compound 4q) (62.5 μg/mL) exhibits weak inhibitory activity against butyrylcholinesterase, with an inhibition rate of 33.6%[1].
AChE-IN-111 (10 μg/mL) exhibits potent in vitro antioxidant potential, with a total antioxidant capacity of 83.05 mg gallic acid/g and an IRP level of 123.4 μM[1].
AChE-IN-111 (10 μg/mL) exhibits in vitro antioxidant and free radical scavenging activities against DPPH, ABTS, NO, OH and H2O2 free radicals, with IC50 values of 11.38, 9.88, 14.45, 18.68 and 21.15 μM, respectively[1].
AChE-IN-111 exhibits CYP450 inhibitory activity, with inhibitory effects on CYP2C19, CYP2C9, and CYP3A4[1].
